GCWG Board Meeting Minutes 4/19/09
Location: The Board met briefly after the Spring Members' Meeting.
Attendance: Board members in attendance were: Marshall Haith, Jerry Stahl, Jim Moat, Al Rothenbach, Susan Ellis and Kathy Turnbull.
Opening: Al called the meeting to order at 8:15 PM.
Election of Officers: Marshall H. was nominated to be Treasuer. The nomination was second and passed.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
