GCWG Board Meeting Minutes 4/17/11
Location: The Board met at the YMCA Adam's Camp Building after the Spring Members' Meeting.
Attendance: Board members present were Jim Moat, Jim Magill, Doug Smith, Chris Lee, and Tim Whitten. Board members Jim Bernard, Susan Ellis, Roger Shaw, Toni Wujek and Ingrid Anderson were absent.

Jim M. nominated Jim Magill to a two year term as President. Jim Magill accepted the nomination. It was approved unanimously. Closing:The meeting adjourned at 8:20PM..
